I was born in the United Kingdom and grew up in the South of France, so I learned early that good food is about the season, the market, and the people around the table.I started cooking in 2010 in a 2 Rosette restaurant kitchen. In 2013 I went to sea, and for more than a decade I cooked aboard luxury superyachts across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and beyond for owners, families, and their guests. Life at sea taught me to work calmly in any kitchen, anticipate what people need before they ask, and make every meal feel effortless.

In 2023 I moved to Southern California full time and brought that same care into private homes. Today I cook across Santa Monica, Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Malibu, from weekly family meals to dinner parties
