Platesfull began its journey in 2019 when Sheela Sharon and her husband identified a gap in Austin's culinary landscape while searching for high-quality chef services. Platesfull was paused due to COVID-19 and Sheela's intensive focus on expanding her real estate venture. However, her steadfast determination and passion for cooking drove her to revive the Platesfull initiative in 2023.

Platesfull strives to be the one-stop platform for consumers to have easy access to Chefs and Cook Genies. Leveraging Sheela's marketing background and MBA, alongside her experience in culinary entrepreneurship with ventures like Sweet Zions Bakehouse, Platesfull is positioned to exceed expectations by offering a personalized & affordable Chef platform.
