Our chefs are committed to providing an exceptional culinary experience. The pricing includes groceries, cooking, serving, and cleanup. Some chefs may bring additional wait staff depending on the type of service they offer—any additional cost will be reflected in the invoice. In certain cases, if the chef is traveling from out of town, travel-related charges may be included during the pricing discussion.

Absolutely! You can choose a menu that suits your preferences and share any customization requests with the chef during the booking process.

Our chefs usually prefer sourcing ingredients from their trusted suppliers to maintain quality. However, if you have a specific store in mind, please mention it during the booking process. Most chefs will be happy to accommodate your request.

No problem! Just let the chef know during the booking process, and they will customize the menu to suit your guest’s dietary requirements.

Each chef and party helper's availability is displayed on their calendar. However, availability may occasionally change. If the chef becomes unavailable, they’ll suggest alternatives or help reschedule to a date that works for you.

Yes! You can chat with the chef & party helper after booking your event. If you haven’t booked yet, use the “Message Chef/Party Helper” option to ask questions or share event details.

Our chefs and party helpers offer competitive pricing, but yes—negotiation is welcome. Chefs and Party helpers can often adjust services or menu options to align with your budget.

Payment is made in advance through our platform once both you and the chef/party helper have finalized the menu and event details.

Yes. You can book up to 48 hours in advance. Please note that additional rush charges may apply.
