Ways to Book a Personal Chef on Platesfull

1. Submit an Inquiry

The easiest way to get started is by submitting an inquiry through our platform.

You’ll be asked to provide:

• Customer name

• Email address

• Guest count

• Cuisine preference

• Budget

• Event date

• Event description

Once submitted, the Platesfull team will review your inquiry and get back to you with chef and menu proposals that match your requirements. After selecting your preferred chef, you can complete the booking using the secure link shared by Platesfull.

2. Book a Chef Directly

If you already have a chef or cuisine in mind, you can book directly through our platform.

• Use the “Find My Local Chef” feature on the homepage

• Browse chef profiles, experience, and menus

• Select a chef and book one of their listed menus

If you’d prefer a customized experience, choose the “Customize My Menu” option on the chef’s profile to request a tailored menu.

3. Email Us

You can also reach out directly by emailing info@platesfull.com with your event details:

Our team will review your request and share suitable chef and menu options.

After You Book Your Chef

Once a chef is booked:

• The chef reviews your booking request

• You can chat with the chef directly on the platform

• The chef shares a payment link after finalizing the menu and pricing

Your chef is officially confirmed once payment is completed.

Final Event Details to Share with Your Chef

To ensure a smooth and memorable experience, your chef will reach out to discuss finer details, including:

• Type of event (birthday party, bachelorette party, thank-you dinner, etc.)

• Dinner timing

• Dietary restrictions or allergies

• Whether tableware or plates are required

You can always reach out to the Chef if you want to make any changes to your event (for e.g. guest count changes, dietary need changes). Chefs can typically entertain changes up to 48 hours in advance and please note that there may be pricing changes involved (if applicable). 

Before & After the Event

A reminder email is sent to both the customer and the chef 48 hours before the event. After your event is complete, we encourage you to leave a review for your chef. Your feedback helps us continuously improve our services and maintain a high-quality personal chef marketplace.
