A challenge with hiring a chef to come to your home is they need to be pleasant to be around AND be able to cook well. Marshall easily meets those two requirements. He is so friendly with my kids and guests and loves to talk about his craft. I've gotten such great ideas and tips from him about food. He has a wide range of tastes and has made Asian, Mexican, Italian and French flavors to fit my family's eclectic tastes. Marshall leaves my kitchen cleaner than it was. Afterward, if I have any questions about the food prep, he happily answers-no matter how basic or complicated the question is. I've worked with Marshall a couple of times so far and have more time planned with him in the future. Definitely recommend!

Chef was an amazing addition to our ~20 person Lake Austin bachelor party weekend. He worked with us on creative menu planning and was able to offer solid options for the many vegetarians in our group without just mailing it in. Day-of the execution was flawless, the food was fantastic, he created a great vibe at brunch for us each day and we didn't have to worry about anything. 10/10 would recommend
